Supreme Court Halts Industry Attack Against EPA

The Supreme Court also stepped up this month to defend the agency, when it refused to hear challenges to EPA findings that carbon dioxide and other pollutants endanger our health. The move by the Supreme Court bolsters the EPA’s ability to enact strong standards, as it is poised to do with power plants, the largest source of greenhouse gas pollution.
