The Ecology Center Farmers’ Market program is looking for individuals, businesses or organizations to run the cooking demonstrations at our Farmers’ Markets for the 2014 season, May – October. The cooking demonstrations at our Farmers’ Markets provide our market shoppers with meal ideas that are healthy, ethically-sourced, affordable, and easy to prepare. Good tasting food and learning through participation are the key ingredients for the most successful cooking demonstrations. The Farmers’ Market is a lively, fulfilling and fun place to be, and our ideal proposals for this contract will demonstrate how they will enhance that.
