True Grass Farm

True Grass commits to maintaining healthy pastureland by embracing a process of rotational grazing that depends upon the stewardship of a natural ecosystem. True Grass manages grasslands, both oak savannah and coastal prairie with livestock for ecological health. As a local collaborative of grazers and shepherds, they produce grassland finished beef and lamb for a healthy landscape.

True grass is tucked within the coastal valleys of Marin County. They strive toward a more harmonious relationship with their environment so as to provide the best local source of fine beef, pork and other pasture-raised meats to their community. True Grass raises Black Angus cows and California Kobe, a Japanese breed, renowned for their flavor and tenderness.
