Lifefood Gardens

Lifefood Gardens is a small ‘direct to community’ farm based in Lake County California, operating since 2012. They focus on growing microgreens and grasses for juicing, and offer both home and business deliveries.  During the spring planting season they sell vegetable and herb plant starts at our farmers’ markets.  They also grow other produce that is available seasonally, such as tomatoes and summer squash. Lifefood’s growing practices are based on the research and work of Dr. Maynard Murray, author of Sea Energy Agriculture. They water their plants with a diluted Sea Salt solution which contains the Full Spectrum of Trace Elements.
