As their kids grew up, ice cream felt more fitting for the celebrations they took their kids to, as well as more appealing for their kids to work in. The name Brown Cap (and their very cute seal mascot, designed by Booth herself) are inspired by their decadent. homemade chocolate sauce. They source their soft serve from Strauss Organic Creamery, and make their cones and many of their toppings in house. Drop by with your little ones – they sell $1 cones for tots, and still offer tired parents cold-brew affogatos!
