A 2nd draft of the Berkeley Climate Action Plan for public review and comment. Its purpose is to guide the development, enhancement, and implementation of actions that aggressively cut Berkeley’s greenhouse gas emissions. It was developed with extensive community input and is the product of community members’ ideas and vision for a “climate’friendly” city. Public comment period closes 1/16/09.
