Crafts Fair Application

Thank you for your interest in the Farmers’ Market Winter Crafts Fair, a benefit for the Ecology Center. The 26th annual Farmers’ Market Winter Crafts Fair will be held on Saturday, December 16 and Saturday, December 23 from 10am to 3pm. The Crafts Fair will happen RAIN OR SHINE. We will be advertising the event widely in the local media and with posters, postcards, flyers, and signs, and also promoting the event online through social media.

All items offered for sale must:

  1. Be made locally by the seller or employees (non-profit organizations raising funds for their work may be granted exemptions to this rule on a case-by-case basis).
  2. Be considered for their environmental impact. Focusing on crafts that demonstrate reuse, sustainability, and health of people and planet is what makes the Ecology Center Crafts Fair unique. Please review our Environmental Guide for Crafts before submitting an application to our Crafts Fair.
  3. Not compete directly with items being sold by our weekly vendors in the farmers’ market.

The fee for participating is 10% of your gross income each day, in addition to a non-refundable $25 registration fee for each day for which a space is reserved for you, or $40 for both days of the market. Booth spaces will be 10 ft. x 10 ft. No tables, chairs, or canopies will be available on site.

To be considered for participation in this year’s fair: submit the application below by October 13, 2017 at 5:00pm PST. Do not send money with your application.

Submission of an application does not guarantee your admission into the fair. If you are invited to participate we will ask you to return a confirmation form to us and submit a non-refundable $25 for each day you intend to participate, or $40 for both days of the market.
