This facility is available to residents of El Cerrito, Hercules, Pinole, Richmond, San Pablo, El Sobrante, North Richmond, Kensington, Crockett, Port Costa and Tormey. Free Household Hazardous Waste Mobile Collection pickup service available to residents who are age 60 or older or are a disabled person residing in the cities of El Cerrito, Richmond, San Pablo, Hercules, Pinole or El Sobrante.
