A sustainable and S.O.U.L.(ful) [Seasonal, Organic, Unprocessed, Local] cooking company, serving the East Bay and San Francisco (the Peninsula and Marin Co., too).

We prepare omnivore, vegetarian, vegan gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, and/or a specific therapeutic food plan for your needs. Making efforts to use reusable and compostable items and NO disposables. In my kitchen I always compost, recycle, and even the trash liners are made from compostable bio-plastic.
