Solar Scorecard, a project of Silicon Valley Toxics Coalition (SVTC) is a U.S.-based non-profit organization engaged in research, advocacy and grassroots organizing to promote human health and environmental justice in response to the rapid growth of the solar photovoltaic (PV) industry. The scorecard is a resource and a guide for anyone who wants to be sure that PV modules are manufactured by companies that are responsible stewards through product lifecycles. The companies participating in the survey demonstrate their willingness to be transparent and show a commitment to improving the sustainability of the PV industry.
