They built and share a 1 acre organic vegetable and 5 acre fruit orchard at Beaulieu Garden in Napa Valley. They use local, sustainable & organic food & beverage products. As a Certified Green Business they partner with environmentally like-minded suppliers. They compost and/or all food scraps. Donate excess food, to food banks. Recycle newspaper, glass, metal, aluminum foil, plastics, cardboard boxes, and wood pallets. Their used oil is collected by a bio-diesel refining service. They use dry methods of cleaning, to conserve water, and use enviro-friendly cleaning agents at our office and at events.
