Corps has a dual mission: conservation and employment for the state’s youth. The CCC works to conserve or enhance the state’s natural resources or provide other public benefits, and works to offer corps members an opportunity to boost employable skills. The sponsoring agency typically provides the technical plans/specifications, materials and on-site technical supervision.
