Kaiser Permanente Advises Members to Avoid GMOs

Healthcare giant Kaiser has recommended their members avoid GMOs. In a recent newsletter, a Kaiser nutritionist wrote a piece discussing both why people should avoid GMOs for health reasons, common GMO foods and how to avoid them. Some policyholders have been responding to this news by asking their local Kaiser clinics about it – and it sounds like Kaiser still has some a ways to go to make their facilities’ food options consistent with their GMO-free health tips.
