The Farmers’ Market Access and Equity Program Assistant will work under the supervision of the Farmers’ Market Access and Equity Program Manager to assist in establishing, implementing and promoting CalFresh programs at farmers’ markets throughout the state.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working with of CalFresh recipients
• Knowledge and understanding of CalFresh systems, particularly at Farmers’ Markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a contract position to begin March 1, 2014 and end December 31, 2014.
