Workshop: Fermenting Hot Sauces

Summer is here, and with that brings local, fresh, spicy peppers! Learn to make a fermented hot sauce with Oregon fermenter and author Kirsten K. Shockey of Fermented Vegetables and newly published Fiery Ferments. We will discuss different methods of fermenting and different styles of hot sauce like sriracha, chili-paste and more! Each student wil make a version of hot sauce to take home!
