Workshop: Fermenting Hot Sauce

Summer is here, and with that brings local, fresh, spicy peppers! Learn to make a fermented hot sauce with PRESERVED owner Elizabeth Vecchiarelli. We will discuss history, nutritive value and methods of fermenting different styles of hot sauce like sriracha, chili-paste and more! Each student wil make a version of hot sauce to take home!
