Scraps to Table 4 Part Series #1 – “Intercepting the Food Waste Cycle”

After her highly acclaimed “Simple Culinary Delights from Food Scraps” class, Stopwaste certified Chef, Helga Alessio, returns with this 4-part cooking series that will explore the many ways that you can intercept the Food Waste cycle right in your own kitchen.

This first class of the 2020 series, Chef Helga will share her expertise about utilizing the 40% of food waste that comes from households! With less than perfect ingredients sourced from our Farmers’ Market vendors and local grocers, you will prepare and enjoy a meal while gaining a deeper understanding of food waste and how it contributes to Global Warming on earth!
