Regenerative Land Management Training Program

Thursday | January 17, 2019 | 8:00 am — 5:00 pm

Sebastopol | Sebastapol, CA

This new long-term program is designed to give you the skills, experience and confidence to run a farm, ranch, retreat center or urban farm in ways that heal damaged ecosystems and sequester carbon.

Why?  We are beyond the tipping point for climate change, and to prevent global catastrophe we need to both stop emitting carbon and pull it out of the atmosphere.  The best way to do that is by regenerating living systems, using trees and plants to change that carbon into wood and food and humus—soil organic carbon. Farmers are the new earth healers!

The opportunity—Half the farmland in North America is due to change hands in the next two decades as farmers age out. It’s vital that we get that land into the hands of those who know how manage it in ways that contribute to global healing. We need trained people—and you need to be able to make a thriving living for yourselves and your families.

The Program—

The program has been designed to be as accessible and affordable as possible, but it is a time commitment that will take approximately two years.  If you already have extensive experience, you can document it and the program can be done more quickly.
