Electrification is a necessary step toward obtaining fossil-free homes and combatting climate change. Stop by the market to meet the folks from Channing St. Copper Company doing this work both in style and in our own community. Chef Lisa Pinckney will be using ingredients from our markets to showcase their sleek induction ranges. These ranges are not only a powerful and clean way to cook, they are also energy storage equipped, meaning it can work through a power outage, or cook plug-free at a farmers’ market!
