Join SF Urban Forester, the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department, the San Francisco Parks Alliance, Mayor London Breed, and others on Tuesday, January 28 to kick off the 150th anniversary of Golden Gate Park by planting 150 trees in the park.
The trees were gifted to the city by music legend Paul Simon.
We’ll start at 10:30am at the Rhododendron Dell on John F. Kennedy Drive. Volunteers get a commemorative shirt, coffee, pastries, and water! To participate, call 415-831-6884 or email recparkvolunteer@sfgov.org.
