There is nothing more satisfying than eating food from your own garden. Lori Caldwell, owner of CompostGal Consulting, will cover topics that include crop rotation, seeds vs. starts, soil fertility, and plant succession, transplanting seedlings, watering /irrigation and the best crops for your garden. Emphasis on reuse materials will also be discussed.
Lori Caldwell, is an Alameda County Master Composter, a Stopwaste Educator, a Bay-Friendly Qualified Landscape Professional and an avid edible gardener. She has been teaching sustainable gardening classes since 2007.Visit Event Website >>
