Cooking With Food Scraps Series #3 – “Is Dinner Hiding In Your Fridge?”

After her highly acclaimed “Simple Culinary Delights from Food Scraps” class, Stop Waste Environmental Educator, Chef Helga Alessio, in the third of this 4-part cooking series, will explore the many ways that you can intercept the Food Waste cycle right in your own kitchen.

Has a family member of yours ever opened the full fridge and commented “There is nothing to eat!”? Your experiences and a short movie will serve as an incentive to invent tasty meals from left-overs before they land in the compost.
