Do you want to create a cottage food business? Come learn what you need to get started! Bring your product idea and a computer if you have one, and be ready to dive into the nuts and bolts of starting a small business.

• Review of the cottage food regulations for California • How to create a projected cash flow budget • How to develop a marketing plan and estimate sales projections • Business start-up checklist and what records are important to keep
