Plastic Pollution: Truths and Myths from Wellhead to Waste Incineration

Martin Bourque, Ecology Center Executive Director, will join panelists Yvette Arellano of Fenceline Watch and KT Morelli of Breathe Free Detroit, for a discussion moderated by Shilpi Chhotray, People over Plastic.

Solving the problem of plastic pollution will involve facing down one of the wealthiest and well-coordinated industries in the world, the oil industry. Come to this panel discussion to learn about how the oil industry is growing their market for plastics and the solutions that can counter that spread and its correlating plastic pollution.
