Annual El Cerrito Trail Trekker Meeting: Coyotes in El Cerrito
Sunday | January 15, 2017 | 2:00 pm — 5:00 pm
El Cerrito Community Center | 7007 Moeser Lane, El Cerrito, CA 94530
Join us and learn about coyotes–local and in general–at our January annual meeting.
Keli Hendricks of Marin-based Project Coyote will give an informative presentation and
Q & A session about these remarkable animals.
Since El Cerrito borders the East Bay Regional Park District and contains good habitat
for wildlife, interactions between coyotes and humans are highly possible. An
understanding of how to co-exist with this beautiful and beneficial species is important.
This meeting is free to ECTT members and $5.00 for others. Membership forms are
available on our website (ectrailtrekkers.org) or you can join at the door: $15-individual
and $20-family. Membership dues help build trails, save open space in El Cerrito, and
provide educational programs for the community.
Project Coyote is a national non-profit organization and part of the Earth Island Institute, a global As a
coalition of scientists, educators, ranchers, and citizen leaders, it promotes compassionate conservation
and coexistence between people and wildlife through education, science, and advocacy.
