Website provides information about urban integrated pest management (IPM) and highlights the activities and projects of Dr. Andrew Sutherland, the Urban IPM Advisor for the San Francisco Bay Area, serving Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, San Mateo, and Santa Clara Counties. Andrew is an educator and researcher in the areas of landscape IPM and structural / industrial IPM and works primarily with pest control operators and other pest management professionals, landscape managers, pest control advisers, and public agencies. Andrew also facilitates the delivery of education and information to the general public regarding IPM in and around residences, available from county Master Gardener programs and the University of California’s Integrated Pest Management program.
