We’re located off Highway 580 at Marina Bay Parkway in Richmond (approximately 5 miles to the Bay bridge and 3 miles to the Richmond bridge), with plenty of parking space for commercial vans and food trucks. We have a beautifully deigned kitchen with skylights and heat sensored floors. The shared cooperative kitchen is approximately 4,000 square feet and fully equipped with some of the following: individual and shared baking & prep stations; 20 qt hobart mixers; large 80 qt hobart mixer; meat slicer; 4 convection ovens, 2 roasting ovens; large commercial stove and char grill; 2 large walk-in cold storage; work tables and stainless steel storage shelving; small sheeter for pastry dough.
