Baykeeper works to reverse the environmental degradation of the past and promote new strategies and policies to protect the water quality of the San Francisco Bay. The organization works to supplement enforcement activities of regulatory agencies by detecting and documenting violations. Call to report oil slicks, fish or bird kills, floating sewage, water discoloration, leaking landfills, vessels discharging oil or waste, or if you catch deformed fish, birds, clams, crab, or shrimp.
