The RCAC assists rural communities achieve their goals and visions by providing them with training, technical assistance, and access to resources. Works to help those in rural communities find and build affordable housing, environmental infrastructure and community facilities. RCAC’s services are generally available to communities with populations of 50,000 or fewer, including tribal communities.
