Kitchen by the Hour is licensed and certified by Alameda County Department of environmental health. The kitchen of 2,500 sq. ft. is sectioned into individual work stations and a shared area of large equipment, and is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!
