We use the highest quality, fresh, local, seasonal and organic ingredients. I make my own homeade tempeh and soymilk, tofu, noodles of various kinds, coconut milk, thai curry pastes. We do everything from scratch! Thus our food has the highest possible flavor and texture as well as limiting our environmental footprint.
