The program educates parents and medical providers, refers kids for blood-lead screening, medical follow-up, and case management, and trains contractors and workers to abate lead in housing and soil safely. Free site evaluation is available to owners of pre-1978 residential property in the cities of Alameda, Berkeley, Emeryville, and Oakland. Educational classes also available.
