Computer & Technology Resource Center (formerly Alameda County Computer Resource Center) offers free pickups in Berkeley and all the e-waste they accept is free to drop off (no fees). All donations are tax deductible. For a complete list of what they accept please visit website. They give FREE computers to schools, non-profits and individuals (see website).
