A nonprofit organization that provides food assistance for 40,000 low-income Alameda County residents each week, including on-site meals, distribution of food bags, food stamp outreach, a toll-free hunger helpline and community education. Accepts food donations, especially canned fruit, vegetables, soup, meat and fish; peanut butter, beans, pasta, rice.
