Two state bills that we’ve been tracking had great victories last week! AB 2145, a bill that would have destroyed Community Choice Energy programs, died without a vote at the close of the legislative session. California also will be the first state in the country to have a statewide plastic bag ban thanks to SB 270, which passed.
