Our Breaking the Chains of Plastic event series is continuing with a hands-on event at the Farmers’ Market today. Come down to Adeline and 63rd for new, creative tools for living plastic-free! This afternoon is devoted to both DIY and information sharing that you can use to replace the plastics in your life with healthier and more sustainable materials. Activities include a bag-making with the East Bay Depot for Creative Reuse, and our Info desk staff ready to tackle your questions about plastics. Fact sheets, resources, and raffle items from our Store will be available too. This is a free event, from 2 -6 PM at the South Berkeley Farmers’ Market.
