AB 341 (Chesbro) – Increases state recycling goal to 75% and requires every multi-family dwelling and business to recycle.
AB 1149 (Gordon and Wieckowski) – Extends Plastic Recycling Incentives to help increase in-state processing and manufacturing of recycled plastic.
SB 567 (DeSaulnier) – Prohibits false and misleading environmental advertising claims on all plastic products.
