It’s now June 6, no old carts have been picked up anywhere in the 2200 block of Martin Luther King Jr Way. RIght now there are five or six sitting out along the block, including mine, which is at 2226 ML. These have all been out for about a month. Why aren’t they gone? Several of us have had to turn them upside down to prevent them from becoming public trash receptacles.
