I was very pleased to see Amy Kiser's article "Nuclear Redux" in the Fall/Winter 2008 Terrain. I bave long held the belief that nuclear holds the best promise for the next few decades in getting us to an evironmentally favorable energy source which can get us off of fossil fuels in the best way at this time. This certainly should be supplemented by all we can do with wind solar and other options. The article presents a very realistic assessment of where we are now and makes the case for getting gren with nuclear as well as some of the perceived potential problems. Thanks for getting it in the Terrain.
