Full Moon 3:22 a.m.

Reading this article on the wolverine with interest. Lived in Alaska for 18 years and never saw one but certainly heard lots of stories about how fierce they were . Currently living in Colorado and have heard no talk of wolverines here at all. Though I love the outdoors and am interested in wildlife and the environment I am more likely to attend a gallery opening than trek up in Wolverine territory.

Thanks Ms. Edmison for taking me on this vicarious adventure with Moriarity and and all the others devoted to this work.

Congrats to Moriarity, Keep at it ! .

Edmison, you did a fine job explaining the science and politics behind the search for the wolverine and its envrionmental impact in California to a layperson.

Bravo!,

We just need to keep that Tamiasciurus douglasii away from the coffee. Maybe we could lure the wolverine in again with caffeine?

Great article. In fact, the whole mag is really impressive! Thanks for your hard work spreading important news.

For the wild,

Alas... "a Douglas squirrel that had just emerged from a bag of espresso beans". I don't know, I probably was fairly excited but that's a description worth noting.

Well done Miss Edmison. Peace, katie
