Here's a great new compassionate and eco-friendly article to check out from the new issue of Audubon magazine, a very mainstream magazine that was bold enough to print the truth because they realize that the time has come...

The title "the compassionate carnivore" is an absolute oxymoron. There is no compassionate way whatsoever to take the life of another living being against their will.
Especially for so needless and selfish a reason as someone "wanting to eat meat because they think it tastes good". In our present society there is more than enough food to eat without choosing meat.
Not to mention the absolute waste of food and water resources when being cycled through animals for the intention of meat production. So many more people can be fed directly without involving and exploiting animals for food production. I'm truly disappointed to see this type of book being promoted in a publication that claims to be eco-friendly and environmentally responsible. It is time that we all evolve beyond the horrors and waste of animal food production.
Thank you.
