The mission of Highland Hills Farm is to provide consumers with the highest quality, naturally healthy meats, produced using environmentally responsible and humane methods. Highland Hills is an integrated small farm raising many different types of animals on large, open pastures where they are allowed to roam freely. Many of the animals are specialty breeds, chosen for hardiness, natural vitality, and superior quality.
Ted Fuller describes Highland Hills Farm as a modern example of an old paradigm, i.e. an integrated, small farm using natural methods, working to maintain soil fertility, and working to improve the overall health of land, livestock and people.
