Transition Berkeley Presents: “In Celebration of Bees” Potluck, Movie and Discussion

Please join us for a potluck supper at 6:30 with music performed by Occupella, followed by the documentary film, “Nicotine Bees” an inspirational film about a new class of pesticides called neonicotinoids, and how they are greatly impacting the bee population.

After the film Jennifer Radtke, from the BioFuel Oasis Cooperative, will share some tips about bee keeping during our discussion period and learn ways to take action to save the bees.

Potluck: 6:30 -7 pm, please bring something made with honey or from foods that bees pollinate; Event: 7-9 pm
