Spotlight On Vegetables
This class is a celebration of produce, locally grown (mostly), pesticide free, vibrant, colorful, and delicious. We will employ cooking techniques that enhance the inherent qualities of the foods we are working with, whether vegetables, fruits, grains, or proteins (there will be no meat cooked in this class). We will also explore menu planning, nutrition for vegetarians, fermentation, and sprouting, among other things.
