South Berkeley Farmers’ Market Cooking Demonstration with Joy Moore

The next event in the Ecology Center Farmers’ Markets’ 2013 Cooking Demonstration Series features Joy Moore. She was co-founder of the Ecology Center’s food justice program, Farm Fresh Choice; she is a producer at KPFA Radio; and is currently a Garden & Cooking Instructor at Berkeley Technology Academy (B-Tech). She studied organic farming at the Center for Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems at UC Santa Cruz and holds a certificate in Ecological Horticulture.

Beets and Beet Greens

This series is designed to give people knowledge that they can easily take home and put to use in their own kitchens.
