South Berkeley Farmers’ Market Cooking Demo with Michael Bauce

The next event in the Ecology Center Farmers’ Markets’ 2013 Cooking Demonstration Series features Chef Michael Bauce. Michael Bauce has been a member of Alice Waters’ School Lunch Initiative and of the Center for Informed Food Choices. He was the main chef at the Macrobiotic Center and Manzanita Restaurant in Oakland and a partner in establishing Organica Restaurant in Berkeley in 1995. He has worked as a cooking instructor as part of the Network for a Healthy California since 1999. He also established Healthy Meals to Go, a home-delivery business. More info:

This series is designed to give people knowledge that they can easily take home and put to use in their own kitchens.
