Doors open at the Sierra Club office, 2530 San Pablo Ave., Berkeley, Ca. one block south of Dwight Way at 7pm for snacks and drinks. Lecture presentation is at 7:30 until 9pm. Parking is on the street.

Average temperatures in the Earth’s atmosphere have begun an upward trend that is largely irreversible over the next century. Whether these trends lead to moderate or extreme climate change will depend on policy. In this talk, learn about the risks we face around the world, as well as the state of policy dialog on how to mitigate climate change and its associated impacts.
