Kitchen Workshop: Jam
In this workshop we will cover all you need to know how to make delicious jams and the keys to preserve food safely. You will learn our secret techniques for making low sugar jam that is packed with fresh fruit and flavor. We will cover technique for making and testing your jam so that it will come out perfect every time! We will begin with an hour introductory talk covering the topics of hot water bath canning and the PH scale and food safety. You will get hands on with some of the Bay Area’s very best produce and learn all of the techniques to making great preserves at home.
