Jamming California Hands-On Workshop

Come and learn how to make jam, a special vinegar, and infusions to use in your recipes and enjoy all the best fresh California native fruits and herbs from Middlebrook Gardens!
This class, part of The Red Basket Chef series in collaboration with ELSEE, will be held by Darienne Hosley-Stewart, food blogger and founder of www.cookplayexplore.com. A native of New England, Darienne always loved to extend the flavors of fresh produce inside jars and bottles, and making preserves and concoctions has been one of her specialties.
Participants will help stir, jar and mix, and learn every step of the process. We will use herbs and available seasonal fruits from the garden.
