Introduction to Qi Gong
Three Class Series with Kristina Forester-Thorp. Date & Time: July 11, 18, 25 from 6:30-8:30pm
Qi Gong is a practice that improves physical, emotional and spiritual health by increasing energy flow through the body. The practice combines mental concentration, breath and movement, and is grounded in principles from martial arts and Chinese medicine. Join veteran teacher-practitioner Kristina Forester-Thorp for an amazing three-part class in our big tent on the farm. Attendance at all three classes is highly recommended but not required.
